As a man with more blogs than clean shoes I thought I would put it to the vote. Let the people decide. Which blog should I retain and use ?
The wordpress blog with it’s quick and easy blogging but boring pics or the DotMac one with the fantastic graphics (see above) and mac like layout ?

Decide because I cannot.

Neat article that raises some good points about the perception of MS as the de facto standard.
I don’t think that Apple really care in the short term about beating MS in the big stakes. They are gnawing away slowly at the market. Cleverly filling the holes that the others are missing. Vista looks good but it wont do much for MS really. Most PC users don’t care much anyway, only $$$ is important. MS already have the market, what more can they gain. The new markets though they have so far been inept and plain bad.
Isn’t it strange though that Joe Public voted the elegance and usability of the iPod against other cheaper models.
I’d like to see competition though or Apple becomes fat and complacent.

Well three years later how am I getting on ?

1. I am currently doing a Java course and this one will certainly be complete after next year.
2. Naaa not yet but I have a project to set up and run a site I start in about two weeks so this one will also be complete at the end of the year.
3. What made me think of that !!!!!!
4. I plan to do this at the next Cologne marathon in a years time. Watch this space.
5. I think that one will fall next year too
6. Yep I took a 9 to 5 job.

So now I’m going to think up some more……

With the harsh but justified critic dished out by Mossa on this very blog. It seems he is not alone.
Surely he is only saying what all of us feel. Personally I’m a little bit disinterested, even bored. Apart from the fact that it gets everybody blogging it’s a disgrace.
The game is still sacred to everyone who slotted the ball between two jumpers in a rushback goalie cup final.
So….
How though do we save the game that we all played ?
How can we get back to the grass roots ?
Is the game just awash with money that renders the game as I knew it as meaningless.
Yet the world considers the players to be the best.

Oh so sad England get it Wrong

Sad England apparently crushed by Croatia. I did not see the game but according to the trusty BBC we were bad.
Is this the return of Sven ?
Are we exposed as just an ordinary team ?
